Basic Trust - Transformation
Basic Trust – In Dialogue with Your Soul means being in relaxed, natural contact with your own emotions. Through the gentle use of sound and its creative application, a positive attitude toward oneself is encouraged. As physical tension is released, the original inner strength of the soul is restored—empowering you to make confident life decisions from a place of renewed inner safety. You will learn to perceive your body more consciously and foster mindfulness. Each sound setting is taught in a way that you can easily apply in your practice with clients, patients, groups, or within sound yoga therapy.
Basic Trust – Change on the Greek island of Ikaria offers you more time and space to experience and practice the individual sound settings at your own pace. The seminar includes a travel package (€140), which comprises:
- a visit to a stunning natural site with a guided sound meditation,
- a hike through the mountains with Peter Hess including a gong meditation at a power place,
- and three group dinners in specially selected tavernas.
As a special bonus, you will attend a 2-hour Sound Transformation workshop with Peter Hess. Emily Hess will also be present to personally accompany the experience.
