Emily Hess® Basic Trust – Coaching Every human being carries within a core that is whole and unbreakable. We are born with it. However, over time and due to life experiences as well as social and cultural influences, we may lose touch with it. This often manifests physically — in posture and bodily tension — as we disconnect from ourselves.

Despite this, we continue to carry a deep longing for connection with this inner core. We often try to satisfy this longing through things or relationships. But deep down, the desire for reconnection with ourselves remains.

Master Class live online: In the Experience Class, you discovered the many applications and effects of the 24 diverse Basic Trust settings and healing visualizations. Now you may wish to work with these wonderful experiences as a coach — helping your clients bring lightness and transformation into their lives. A fulfilling mission.

After completing the Master Class, you will be empowered to apply the methods with confidence and joy in your coaching (active guidance), mentoring (gentle support), or group sessions.

The Master Class consists of a live-online mentoring track. We meet four times online for 1–2 hours as a group to explore practical implementation, answer questions, and support your personal process.

The final step is a live-online seminar, where we revisit and deepen the individual settings and healing visualizations.
