From Relaxation to Reorientation

Objective: This seminar aims to expand the possibilities of the basic sound massage, to introduce new sound elements, and to enable a more diverse, experiential, and mindful application of sound massage.

We place great value on deepening sensitivity to energetic relationships, refining perception, and promoting mindfulness and appreciation for this subject. A central aspect here is the “power of consciousness” – mental focus and inner attitude (inner imagery) that guides the work of a Peter Hess^® Sound Massage Practitioner and underpins the holistic nature of the method.

You will explore an extended range of instruments and discover additional sound elements. This deepens the experience of the sound space. You will learn to work with the energetic level of the human being using these instruments, offering balancing techniques that support holistic health (“as within, so without – and vice versa”). Until now, you have worked exclusively with singing bowls. Now, you will become familiar with the Zen bowl and the Fen gong – their use and effects. The seminar content enhances your capacity for resonance and intuitive action, based on immersive personal experiences in both individual and group contexts, supported by sound theoretical knowledge.

These new aspects and the shared attitude contribute to creating a non-judgmental space where development is possible on all levels. This provides an ideal foundation for any interpersonal collaboration, which can be explored and practiced during the seminar. You will perceive yourself as an energetic system capable of shaping your own life – and become more consciously aware of how external influences affect you. Experiencing this specialized form of sound massage strengthens your presence and expands your options for action in interacting with others and the world around you.
