Sound Massage I as an Online Seminar

With this online seminar, we invite you to take the current situation as an opportunity to experience and learn the beneficial effects of the Peter Hess® Sound Massage – together with a partner, family member, or another person.
For the duration of the online seminar, Hess Klangkonzepte is happy to provide you with a free loan of sound massage materials.
Important: You will need a second person who is available to receive the sound massage. They can enjoy the session free of charge.
Of course, your partner can also actively participate in the seminar. In that case, they receive a 50% partner discount. Please let us know when registering who your partner will be and whether they will be attending as an active participant or as a sound massage recipient only.
(Re)connecting with your body and nurturing mindfulness toward yourself is a precious gift! Feeling your body “breathe again” – perhaps for the first time in a long while – and sensing your breath once more as the flowing source of your life energy is a deeply touching experience.
This online seminar supports deep relaxation, strengthens your health, and contributes to stress reduction and stress prevention. It is primarily designed to help you get to know, experience, and safely learn the foundations of the Peter Hess® Sound Massage. You’ll also receive practical guidance on how to apply sound massage for yourself, your family and friends, or others in your community. These methods will allow you to bring comfort and care to yourself and your loved ones – especially in challenging times.
The aim of this seminar is to teach the Peter Hess® Sound Massage as a holistic method. Through guided exercises, you will experience the effects of sound and both give and receive an introductory sound massage for: the back the feet the hands the whole body
You will be able to apply these sound massages confidently after the seminar. This seminar gives you hands-on experience of the basic sound massage, initial instruction on its use, and the opportunity to give a sound massage independently.

Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – approx. 19:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – approx. 19:00
Wednesday: 18:00 – approx. 20:00
Course Fee:€290.00 per person

Sound materials: If you require sound materials for this online seminar and wish to rent them, they will be shipped by our partner Hess Sound. Important: Shipping is only possible within Germany. To receive the rental set, you must consent to your contact details being forwarded to Hess Klangkonzepte.
