Peter Hess®-Gongmaster
Over the course of our development, our range of gong seminars has significantly expanded. We now offer eight unique gong seminars, covering a broad spectrum—from playful experimentation and personal sound experiences, to learning playing techniques and developing your own distinctive style.
Participants interested in designing gong concerts, meditative sound journeys, and rituals will find a rich selection of opportunities to deepen their practice.
In the therapeutic context, our advanced modules explore how gongs can support relaxation and reorganization of the body system. In response to frequent requests from participants, we have developed a comprehensive training program leading to certification as a Peter Hess® Gong Master.
Depending on your personal interests or professional context, you can choose two elective seminars from Module 3 in addition to the core seminars (Modules 1 and 2).
The skills gained can be applied in various settings, including therapy, gong concerts, gong meditations, and guided imagery journeys.
Personal experience and the practical application of what you’ve learned are essential foundations for confidently presenting and implementing your offerings. Between seminars, you will gain hands-on experience and deepen your knowledge through self-study of course materials and practical transfer into your work.
The advanced training program includes the introductory seminar “Sound Massage I” and five specialized seminars.
Depending on your selected elective seminar, the complete training comprises between 112 and 124 hours, plus additional time for self-study of course materials and practical application (transfer).
Certificate / Final Qualification
At the end of the training program, you will receive a final certificate from the Peter Hess® Institute, listing all seminars you have completed.
Upon successful completion, you are entitled to use the professional title:
