Sound Massage II
From Deep Relaxation to Inner Realignment
The goal of this seminar is to explore new sound elements, allowing participants to expand, deepen, and apply the sound massage method with greater sensitivity and awareness. We place particular emphasis on refining perception, heightening sensitivity to energetic dynamics, and fostering mindfulness and appreciation for this subtle yet powerful dimension of the work. A central focus is the “power of consciousness”—the role of mental focus and inner attitude (inner imagery)—which forms the foundation of professional practice and the holistic nature of the Peter Hess® Sound Massage method.
Participants will be introduced to additional instruments and sound elements, which enhance the immersive experience of the sound space. Techniques will be taught that work on the energetic level of the human system, supporting health and well-being in a truly holistic sense (as within, so without—and vice versa). Up to this point, your work has involved only singing bowls. In this seminar, you will also learn to use and understand the effects of the Zen bowl and the Fen gong. These new instruments and approaches will increase your capacity for resonance and support intuitive action based on both deep experiential learning and well-grounded knowledge.
The expanded content and the mindful approach offered here create a nonjudgmental space that fosters growth on all levels. You will come to perceive yourself as an energetic system capable of influencing your life, while also recognizing how external influences shape your experience.
Continuing education credits for professional caregivers may be awarded for this seminar.
