Sound Massage 3+4
Individualized Sound Massage for Body, Mind and Soul & Final Seminar with Supervision
This seminar offers the opportunity to spend several days immersed in a sound-filled environment, surrounded by a peaceful and supportive atmosphere. In addition to learning new content, you will have time to relax, recharge, and restore your energy. The training is framed by sound meditations that support the integration of what you’ve learned and help bring body, mind, and soul into harmony—making the learning process more fluid and effective.
The focus of the final seminar, which usually takes place around three months after the Sound Massage III/IV seminar, lies on the participants’ practical experiences and collaborative problem-solving. At the end of this seminar, participants receive a certificate authorizing them to professionally apply the Peter Hess® Sound Massage for relaxation purposes, within the scope of legal regulations.
As part of the training, participants are required to receive three professional sound massages from certified Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioners. These should be completed during the three-month period between the Sound Massage III/IV seminar and the final seminar. Each session costs €75, and these costs should be factored into the overall training expenses. The goal is to experience high-quality sound massages designed for deep relaxation during this period.
Objective: To enable participants to confidently and competently apply the sound massage in a targeted, client-centered manner to support relaxation and health promotion. Individual client needs and issues are addressed through personalized sound massage sessions. New sound elements will be introduced, integrated into the basic protocol, and experienced holistically. Application of sound massage in the context of specific health concerns will also be discussed. Relaxation is a fundamental element of health and burnout prevention. You will be trained in developing resonance with your clients to tailor your sound offerings effectively to their needs.
Two practical application examples:
- In childcare settings: For educators and other professionals working with children. One educator noted, “It is heartwarming to see how the touch of the singing bowls brings a smile to the children’s faces.”
